Senior FP&A Analyst Hybrid FashionAn apparel & fashion brand is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their corporate headquarters on a hybrid basis. This individual will collaborate with the finance and business teams to develop expense forecasts, seasonal budgets, handle monthly closing processes, and prepare financial packages for senior management.Responsibilities:Support budgeting and monthly financial forecasting processesCreate forecasting models for sales and profitabilityCraft executive-level presentations for managementEnhance Key Performance Indicator (KPI) management to ensure alignment with business targetsMonitor and report monthly actual results compared to the established plan.Develop seasonal profit and loss forecastsAssess variances between projected and actual outcomes and identify areas for improvementProvide financial guidance to business leaders in designing financial solutions that facilitate the monitoring of risks and opportunitiesIndependently handle ad hoc reporting and analysis tasksRequirements:Bachelors degree in finance or accounting3-5 years of experience in finance analyst rolesExceptional written and verbal communication abilitiesDemonstrated capability to work both independently and cross functionally with other business unitsAdvanced expertise in ExcelPrevious involvement in any product/inventory environment is required, brand retail/wholesale is preferredSalary: $75,000-$110,000The above salary range represents Advice's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is not reflective of the total compensation package, which may also include benefits, equity, and other non-cash incentives.Please send your resume for immediate consideration to: wcummings@adviceny.comIf you are not interested in this specific opportunity, but know of someone who might be, please share this ad with that individual.
