About the role:
This position reports to the FP&A Senior Manager, and will work closely with the rest of the Finance team as well as with various teams across the company. We are looking for a self-starter who possesses strong analytical skills and communicates findings articulately to a wide variety of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who is able to analyze large datasets, be proactive and enthusiastic as they dig into the data and trends, have a desire to understand the business, as well as show initiative by identifying and solving problems.
What You'll Do:Provide support with revenue and expense forecasting and analysis; playing a key role in budgets, forecasts, and other ad-hoc analysisProvide support for financial reporting with each month end close and quarterly earnings cyclesMaintain & prepare weekly, monthly, & quarterly materials for financial review meetings, highlighting variances to Forecast/Plan/Prior Year and utilizing findings to inform future assumptions and business modelsBuild and analyze dashboards in Excel and data visualization tools, drawing conclusions and insights to provide recommendations and proposals for Finance and across the organizationAssist with the investigation, evaluation, and assessment of data, while partnering with business intelligence to develop standardized reporting and dashboardsStrive to improve processes, reporting, procedures, and assist the team with ad hoc requests as needed. Utilize insights to drive forecasting improvements and operating decisionsSupport the enterprise-wide annual budget process, including consolidating inputs across the organization and delivering an informed perspective on resultsWho You Are:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting3+ years of related experience with budget planning, financial modeling, and decision analytics (FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity)Self-motivated team player able to complete projects with autonomyAble to collaborate across multi-functional teamsStrong Excel skills with a thorough understanding of financial modeling, formula efficiency, pivot tables, and data managementUnderstands general accounting and financial managementExperience in digital advertising and technology companies preferredKnowledge of programmatic environments, SSPs/DSPs, and how digital media is transacted is a plusExperience with Netsuite, Salesforce, and Tableau are a plus
The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $68,000 - $129,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
