Youll have the opportunity to work with the latest tools, gain exposure to diverse IT environments, and grow professionally in a supportive, evolving setting.What Youll Do:Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the firm's Windows and Azure environments, including managing Domain Controllers, Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.Maintain critical IT infrastructure, from physical and virtual servers to networking equipment, storage systems, and cloud technologies, ensuring top-tier security and best practices.Implement and manage data protection strategies using platforms like Cohesity, Veeam, and storage replication technologies such as Pure and Isilon.Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to hardware, firmware, performance, and security to ensure minimal downtime and prevent data loss.Deploy and support remote access technologies, integrating multifactor authentication and securing connections to Firm resources.Collaborate with application teams and vendors for seamless application updates, ensuring compliance with security standards.Play an active role in IT infrastructure projects, contributing to designs, deployments, and the ongoing management of storage, servers, disaster recovery, and virtualization solutions.Adhere to ITIL disciplines, including ITSM, Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management, while maintaining accurate documentation of all operational and maintenance tasks.What You Bring:Bachelor's degree required
in a relevant field5+ years of experience supporting IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, and virtualization technologies such as VMware.Experience working with hardware from vendors like Dell, Cisco, and HP, and storage technologies like Pure and Dell/EMC (Isilon).Solid understanding of LAN/WAN technologies, IP addressing, FC zoning, and wireless management (preferably Cisco).Familiarity with data protection tools (Cohesity, Veeam) and monitoring platforms like SolarWinds.Ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues while maintaining the highest security standards.A team player with strong communication skills, the ability to lift hardware (up to 75 lbs.), and flexibility for travel to various office and datacenter locations.Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft, VMware, or Cisco certifications.Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Service Desk Plus).Law firm experience is a plus.Encore Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
