The responsibilities of this role include creating strategic and tactical roadmaps charting the deployment of digital solutions SAP offers while developing compelling business cases to help guide our customer’s strategic decision-making activities.Facilitate collaborative architecture discussions with our customers IT and business executives.Work effectively across multiple functions and teams to define clear requirements to achieve business outcomes.Analyze key business and IT requirements in the BTS Acquire to Retire area (with particular focus on Asset Acquisition and Maintenance as well as Work Order Management).Develop strategic roadmaps for the Asset Management area encompassing the evolution of enterprise business solution portfolios from current to future state.Identify improvement potentials within the Asset Management area (with particular focus on Public Sector customers and A&D).Influence transition states toward joint business outcomes building on SAP solution value.Qualifications:Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation - able to lead customer engagements at an executive level.Proven excellent knowledge in Asset Management processes and deep implementation knowledge in SAP ECC, S/4HANA and cloud solutions for Asset Management (ideally in the Public Sector (Federal Civ and DoD) or A&D).Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to estimate the financial impact of various solution architecture alternatives.5+ years of SAP solution experience, 5+ years management consulting experience.10+ years of solution and/or architecture (business & IT) experience.MBA preferred.Meet the team:Business Transformation Services (BTS) is the strategic advisory arm of SAP’s Service & Support organization.
