We are seeking Family Practice Physicians for two options:Option #1:
Family Practice Physician with OB fellowship to join an established group practiceTraditional setting including outpatient and inpatient careCall is required (divided between 3 physicians)Typical work schedule: Office Hours 8:30 am to 4:30 pm plus OB callBoard Certified preferred. New grads will be considered.
Option #2:
Family Practice Physician for Urgent Care or to join an established FP group practiceOutpatient settingNo call, covered by Hospitalist ProgramTypical work schedule: Office Hours 7:30 am to 10 pm M-F, 9 am to 5:30 pm Saturday and 1 pm to 6 pm Sunday. Saturday and Sunday shifts are covered by PRN staff, scheduled in 8-hour blocks.Board Certified preferred. New grads will be considered.
Relocation and student loan repayment assistance available (hospital pays for relocation and student loans, approximately $20,000 per year, available up to $180,000).Community:County of 25,000 people located in the mountains of northwest North Carolina. Great school system with students earning over $1.5 million in academic scholarships last year. Many recreational opportunities such as golf, canoeing, hiking, hunting, skiing, and several state parks.
