We are looking to speak with Investment Funds associates to join our client’s Investment Funds practice group in Washington, DC.This is an awesome and rewarding opportunity to work with leading lawyers in the investment funds space who are recognized by the Best Lawyers in America, 2023!You will work directly with other attorneys in and out of the group, receiving exceptional training and mentorship from leading practitioners, and meaningful client interaction, to satisfy those trajectory and career goals!This practice emphasizes the formation and operation of domestic and international private investment funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds, mezzanine funds, real estate funds, and funds of funds. You will gain broad experience representing fund sponsors, as well as institutional investors and joint venture partners.If you are a mid to senior-level associate with private investment fund formation expertise, we would be interested to discuss this Washington, DC opportunity with you.Annual salary range: $250,000 and $415,000.
