In this position you will be responsible for manual work in receiving, picking, packing, shipping and monitoring of goods, materials, and supplies. It is imperative to be on time and work with accuracy and sense of urgency to be successful in this position.
Responsibilities:
Perform all receiving job functions dailyOrder pickingPacking of orders dailyPerform all shipping job functions dailyLearn JDE computer skills as needed to perform all of the above mentioned tasksCalculate shipping estimatesPack/wrap/strap and ship freight ordersMaterial Handlers are also requested to help with OPS projects as assignedAny other job duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications:
Good work record, timely and eagerMust have basic computer skillsMust be able to take and understand direction from managementMust havegood communication skillsMust pay attention to detailMust be able to read and clearly write letters and numbersMust have reliable transportationMust be a team playerWarehouse experience a plusMust be able to lift, pull and push up to 60 lbs.Must be able to operate a pallet jackMust assist in keeping all work areas clean and safeAs this position evolves each material handler must be able to evolve with the new and additional job requirements as neededBearCom Wireless is a Non Smoking facilityDrug screenings and background Checks are part of the hiring process, which may also include a Motor Vehicle Recordcheck.Benefits:
