Position: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (OB/GYN)Location: Phoenix, AZSchedule: Full-Time (also open to part time or a 4x10 schedule)Compensation: $100k - $140k / yearBonus: NegotiableBenefits: Med/Dent/Vis, PTO/Sick, 401k, CME Reimbursement, License Reimbursement, Malpractice CoverageCall Required: NoJob Summary:We are actively seeking a dynamic and dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our OBGYN clinical team. The selected individual will be responsible for delivering excellent healthcare to our patients within Obstetrics and Gynecology. Previous experience in an OBGYN setting is strongly preferred. The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will work closely with physicians, nurses, and medical assistants to provide high-quality care and maintain patient satisfaction.This position is flexible and can be mainly a patient evaluation and management role, or can be a role with basic surgical procedures, which our medical director is willing to train.We are located in Central Phoenix and serve a wide demographic, including some underserved communities. The right candidate has a passion for excellent patient care and making an impact in their local community.Duties:1. Evaluating and monitoring the patient's health condition and establishing a detailed health care plan.2. Performing physical examinations, preoperative evaluations, and assisting in surgeries.3. Diagnosing and treating health conditions specific to women such as gynecological cancers, fertility issues, prenatal and postnatal care, and other women's health-related issues.4. Prescribing and managing medications and other therapies.5. Providing prenatal care to pregnant women, delivering babies, and providing postnatal care to mothers and infants.6. Offering family planning services and counseling on issues such as pregnancy and childbirth.7. Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as blood tests, scans, and ultrasounds.8. Educating patients about disease prevention and detection, and lifestyle adjustments for improved health.9. Collaborating and referring patients to specialist doctors or institutions when necessary.10. Documenting patient's symptoms, medical history, treatment plans, and outcomes in electronic medical records. 11. Following up with patients, answering their queries, and providing them with necessary care and support. 12. Staying up-to-date with advancements in the field of OBGYN and incorporating new treatments and technologies in patient care.Requirements: Arizona NP or PA License (Or able to obtain) Completion of US Based NP/PA Program (Excluding Puerto Rico) Preferred Qualifications (Not Required but Nice to Have): Spanish Speaking 1+ Years OBGYN Experience Requirements Arizona NP or PA License (Or able to obtain) Completion of US Based NP/PA Program (Excluding Puerto Rico) BenefitsMed/Dent/Vis, PTO/Sick, 401k, CME Reimbursement, License Reimbursement, Malpractice Coverage
