Your role includes preventing and managing illnesses, promoting health, and building long-term relationships with patients through hands-on care.Duties of the Position:Perform comprehensive physical examinations and interpret lab results accurately.Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries.Manage chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and obesity.Develop treatment plans based on patient history, clinical findings, and scientific rationale.Provide compassionate and thorough care to address both physical and emotional patient needs.Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including primary care physicians, specialists, and nursing staff.Educate patients and their families about conditions, medications, side effects, and the importance of lifestyle changes.Manage follow-up care, including referrals to specialists or hospital admissions when necessary.Document all patient encounters and medical procedures according to regulatory guidelines.Conduct preventative health screenings and health promotion activities.Maintain and update knowledge and skills through continuing education and professional development.Adhere to patient privacy and confidentiality standards at all times.Other Requirements:Arizona NP or PA License (or able to obtain)Completion of US Based NP or PA Program (Not Puerto Rico)Ability to Commute to LocationRequirementsArizona NP or PA License (or able to obtain)Completion of US Based NP or PA Program (Not Puerto Rico)Ability to Commute to LocationBenefitsMed/Dent/Vis, PTO/Sick, 401k, CME Reimbursement, License Reimbursement, Malpractice Coverage
