Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to work for our client in the retail industry. Apply now for consideration!Contract: 3 MonthsLocation: Los Angeles, CA (HYBRID)Pay Range: $20-25hr depending on experienceResponsibilities:Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Assist with preparing internal communications, reports, and presentations.Track and compile media coverage, creating reports and summaries for the team.Manage media lists, ensuring they are up to dateSupport the planning and execution of publicity events, including premieres, press junkets, and other promotional activities.Liaise with vendors, venues, and other external partners to ensure seamless event logistics.Assist with guest lists, invitations, and RSVP tracking.Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of press materials, including press releases, media kits, and bios.Maintain and organize digital archives of press materials, photos, and other publicity assets.Process invoices and assist with budget tracking.Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.Requirements:1-2 years of related administrative experience, ideally in publicity, entertainment, or related field.MS Office, Google SuiteFamiliarity with media databases and tracking tools (e.g., Cision, Muck Rack) is a plus.Russell Tobin / Pride Global offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with some preferred vendors.
