job summary:We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Tier II Desktop Technician to join our client, a reputable financial services firm, in Richmond, Virginia. responsibilities:
Provide desktop support
Perform hardware and software setups, including imaging, profile configurations, device wiping, and mobile setups.
Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.
Utilize and maintain a ticketing system (Ivanti) for tracking support requests and ticket logs.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective IT service delivery.
Engage with business operations personnel, demonstrating customer service skills.qualifications:
