Roles & Responsibilities:•Respond to end user request for support and services•Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems•Set-up new employee systems including phone and computer•Monitor and respond to system alerts•Performs general maintenance tasks•Maintain all aspects of our network, server, and systems

What You Offer:•College or technical degree in IT related field-Preferred•Experience in a helpdesk environment•Strong team-centric communication skills : including a high level of customer service•Thorough understanding of Windows environments, stand-alone and in-network•Experience in Microsoft 365. -DNS, Group Policy and Active Directory a plus•Ability to maintain a level of professionalism and confidentiality in sensitive situations.•Verbal and written communication skills•Professional personal presentation•Attention to detail, organizing and planning
