Roles & Responsibilities:• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.• Support the current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.• Serve as the first point of contact and support for store-level management and employees on HR-related issues including employee relations, disciplinary issues, and investigations.• Support leadership on annual performance reviews including the execution of the Individual Development Planning, and • Performance Improvement Plans.• Engaging employees in company safety and wellness initiatives and managing through complex workers comp issues.• Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.• Ensure compensation strategy is competitive in the market and is executed consistently to ensure internal equity.• Oversee and manage recruitment strategy, job postings, and employment branding.• Collaborate with managers to determine staffing needs and develop strategies for success.• Stay up to date on HR trends and best practices to ensure organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.• Benefits administration, including involvement in annual enrollment, changes to the current plans, etc.• Other duties as assigned

What You Offer:• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred• 8-10 years-HR experience• 2+ years of related experience in recruiting and employee relations.• Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft office• High degree of professionalism• Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material• Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills• Ability to communicate with various levels of management• Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
