Warehouse Associate
in our
Beaumont TX
facility.
Coastal Welding Supply, Inc. was founded in 1963 and has evolved from a single location in Beaumont Texas into a full-service Gulf Coast industrial and specialty gas provider with a focus on the Petrochemical and Metal Fabrication Industry.
American Welding & Gas (AWG) is a manufacturer and distributor of industrial gases as well as a provider of all your welding supply needs. We are a family and teammate owned company that is headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina. Our company provides industrial, medical and specialty gases as well as food and beverage gases across the United States, from Montana to Pennsylvania and down through Texas and Florida. With a team of over 800 employees, over 100 retail locations and 22 fill plants we pride ourselves in our customer service, expertise, assets and resources that allow us to reach a large and diversified customer base of the highest quality.

Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and quicklyDeliver gas and hard goods to customers.Operate forklift in warehouse setting.Palletize and label overstock so that it may be handled properly.Tag all orders to ensure that the order goes to the proper location for shipping.Stock inbound merchandiseRelease and verify validity of inbound purchase orders.Properly log and process inbound parcel shipmentsRestock consumables and prepare for the next business day.Load and unload delivery vehiclesRead, understand, and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)Back up Counter RepresentativeBack up Delivery Driver (Non DOT vehicle)Other duties as assigned.Qualifications & Education Requirements
High School Diploma/GEDSuccessful completion of pre-employment drug-screenClean driving record 3+ yearsAbility to lift 50-75 pounds.Good customer service skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be comfortable using computers.Physical requirements:
Lifting, bending, twisting, climbing, crouching, kneelingRepetitive movementOperating motorized equipmentSitting; standing; walkingWorking indoor/outdoor as business needsWorking at increased noise levelsSafety hazards
