Job DetailsSenior Business Analyst | On-site in Winston-Salem, NC Job Duration: 12+ months minimum Location: Onsite 5 days a week in Winston-Salem Office Job Summary: The BA's on this team work anywhere from 3-6 projects at a time User Stories, Prototyping, Mockups, Wireframes, User Sessions, Revies, Requirements Gathering Doing all of this work across projects, all mortgage insurance related Agile - Daily Stand Ups on each project A lot of interaction with Business users, IT dev team, QA team Need to be willing to onsite in the Winston Salem office 5 days a week Required Skills: •Business Analysis skills and experience •Agile SDLC experience •Prototyping/Mockup software skills (ModernRequirementsforDevOps) •Mortgage experience preferred •MI experience preferred •Management skills required - project and people Other skills: •Knowledge of documentation methodologies, such as user stories, use cases and storyboarding. •Knowledge of testing cycles and methodologies. •Knowledge of Microsoft Windows PC and software (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project) •Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall System Development Lifecycles. •Knowledge of project management and time management principles •Ability to provide written communication at appropriate level of detail with clarity, appropriate formatting, grammar and spelling •Ability to communicate effectively to all technical levels •Ability to work with diverse teams, to mitigate differences and bring consensus •Ability to estimate work required and manage time to accomplish tasks TSG is an equal opportunity employer.
