Key Responsibilities:

Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified Senior Manager Risk Management and Treasury to support the Finance team to ensure the company’s goals and initiatives are met.

This role will assist the Global Treasurer in overseeing Tropicana’s Insurance programs and Capital Markets compliance. This role will build processes, and structure necessary to develop a world class Risk Management and Treasury function capable of supporting the growth and operationalization of this dynamic consumer products business. The role will also oversee the corporate hedging function.

Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

Manage our insurance programs, capital markets portfolio and corporate hedging function.Collaborate with management to continue to improve Tropicana’s risk management framework for insurable risks and manage relationships with insurance brokers and insurance companiesOversee and improve liability claim processes and develop claims adjusting team including insurer and third-party claims administratorReview hedge program and help identify portions that may be improvedLead the compliance process with our various lenders including reporting of our financial performanceIdentify strategies to reduce financing costs and optimize working capital structuresProactively lead continuous process improvement efforts to optimize treasury processes and operationsRequirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Corporate Finance or equivalent major7 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Risk Management, Insurance ManagementStrategic/Analytical/Problem solving skillsFinance and Accounting Knowledge / experienceSavvy communication and negotiation skillsProcess improvement/change leadership skills
