Key Responsibilities:

Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified Financial Analyst to support the Global FP&A team to ensure the company’s goals and initiatives are met.

This role will be responsible for providing support to senior management through extensive financial reporting and analysis and assisting with TBG’s global forecasting and planning process. This role also involves supporting TBG’s the financial planning and consolidation tool, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a candidate based in the Chicago, IL area. (Hybrid)

Additional Responsibilities:

Assist with period end close, periodic forecast, and AOP processesSupport weekly executive committee reportingDevelop financial reporting and analytical insights leveraging SAC for executive leadership and Global FP&A functionProvide support for SAC related finance projects, governance, and development of process documentation and training materialsIdentify process and reporting improvements, harmonization, and automation and propose and implement solutionsUnderstand structural of master data and its linkage to other drivers and attributesOversee the consolidation and consumption of financial data for TBG’s ambient portfolioAnalyze complex ideas or points of view and build a range of practical and meaningful recommendationsRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance or AccountingMust be located in Chicago, IL or willing to relocate to Chicago, IL for the duration of employmentMinimum 1-year related experience in a finance role
