Quality Inspector - 3rd Shift

Essentra is immediately hiring for a Quality Inspector at our Erie, PA production facility to join our team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for developing and documenting multiple testing and inspection of injection molded and dip molded parts, and documenting the results. The Quality Inspector will maintain a record of test and measurement equipment in accordance with calibration standards and requirements.We are hiring for 3rd Shift (10:00pm - 6:30am) - Starting at $15.50/hour + $2.00 differential*Experience in food service does not apply to this position.*Experience in healthcare does not apply to this position.What we offer:Compensation starting at $15.50/hourEligible for a yearly bonus incentiveMedical, Dental, Vision Insurance401K + company matchYearly steel or composite toe boot reimbursement program availableVacation and Holidays!As a Quality Inspector you will:Communicate all quality requirements to Machine Operators and Supervisors as necessary.Fill out quality documentation as needed (Quality and Manufacturing).File/store inspection samples and inspection documentation.Perform first inspection of partPerform in-process attribute/functional gauging.Isolate and document nonconforming products.Sort and certify rejected non-conforming productsWhat we are looking for:Required:Ability to work 10:00pm - 6:30am, Monday - FridayOne year of Manufacturing experienceBasic math skills with an ability to learnBasic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft ExcelComprehension of function of part being inspected and be able to make decisions on quality and inspection procedure(s) to use..
