Job Details:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to join our thriving Dairy Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in production management, team leadership, GMPs, SOPs, and scheduling. This role will require you to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facilities, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently while meeting our high-quality standards. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and supervise the day-to-day operations of our dairy manufacturing facilities to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
2. Develop and implement production schedules to meet business demands and optimize resource utilization.
3. Enforce adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain product quality and safety standards.
4. Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing production team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence.
5. Identify bottlenecks in the production process and implement effective solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Engineering, to drive operational excellence and meet business objectives.
7. Monitor and report on key production metrics, taking corrective actions as necessary to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in production management, team leadership, GMPs, SOPs, and scheduling.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve excellent performance and meet production goals.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement effective operational improvements.
6. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations within the manufacturing industry.
7. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
