GPU Design Verification Engineer , you will work with Design and Architecture teams to verify the block functionality, close coverage and meet the criteria to successfully deliver the design.THE PERSON:You have a passion for modern, complex processor architecture, digital design, and verification in general. You are a team player who has excellent communication skills. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are willing to learn and ready to take on problems. Good communication and collaborative teamwork skills are essential.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Work closely with the hardware and firmware team to verify Graphics pipeline functionality and performance.Part of the verification team to identify areas to improve for power and performance for GPU and APU products.Understand and analyze the interactions of hardware and firmware, programming models and applications.Write tests, sequences, and testbench components in SystemVerilog and UVM along with formal to achieve verification of the design.Responsible for verification quality metrics like pass rates, code coverage and functional coverage.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:Expertise in ASIC digital circuit design verifications and UVM.Experienced in system or IP power management.Experienced in GPU hardware and software.RISC knowledge is a plus.ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:Undergrad required. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering/Electrical Engineering preferred.
