Objectives of this role

Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives and target audience in the target audience market.

Ensuring the marketing team delivers effective campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.

Managing marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively and optimizing marketing spends to achieve maximum ROI.

Fostering relationships with key business partners, vendors and media outlets to maximize marketing reach and impact.

Collaborating with different teams, including product development, sales and operations to ensure a seamless alignment and the execution of marketing initiatives.

Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback and support to drive excellence in marketing execution.

Acting as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and maintaining consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.

Your tasks

Develop, articulate and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.

Drive brand positioning, differentiation and brand equity to enhance market share and brand awareness in small business, mid-market and enterprise arenas.

Oversee the creation and maintenance of captivating digital brand presence, as well as traditional marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, advertisements, and press releases.

Execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, including web, email, print, television, radio and out-of-home advertising.

Optimize Omni-channel marketing efforts to reach target audiences effectively.

Monitor and analyses market trends, consumer insights, data analytics and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Curate pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the marketplace.

Lead strategic partnerships and collaborations with external agencies, vendors and influencers to amplify brand reach and awareness.

Stay well-informed with the industry’s advancements and the emerging marketing technologies.

Required skills and qualifications

A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or an equivalent field.

10–15 years of experience as a marketing officer or an equivalent top marketing leadership role.

Proven track record of developing, managing and executing wide-ranging marketing campaigns across SMB, mid-market and enterprise audiences.

Deep understanding of the professional services sales and marketing landscape.

Proficiency in public relations, business development strategies, customer experience enrichment, analytics and data-led marketing.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor and develop marketing professionals.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior executives and external stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to leverage data and insights for informed decision-making.

Preferred skills and qualifications

Hands on experience with marketing automation tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems and analytics platforms.

Demonstrated past experience in scaling marketing operations, managing international marketing teams, brand evolution and re-definition, or expanding into new markets.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and legal considerations related to global marketing activities.

Understanding of data privacy and protection regulations and their implications for marketing practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $143,706.00 - $164,686.00 per year
