You will be a core part of a team that is 10x-ing our scale, growing our platform capabilities, and reducing the time it takes any creator or team at Roblox to safeguard their feature or experience by several orders of magnitude (months to hours). Your work will be foundational in keeping the experiences of 79.5 million daily active users at Roblox safe, civil, and delightful. In this role, you will report to the Senior Engineering Manager of the Moderation Services team.You Will:Build large-scale distributed services and tools used by other teams to detect and address problematic content on Roblox. These systems require high usability, availability, security (authentication and access control), and data integrity.Work directly with other teams at Roblox to define and maintain their integration into the Roblox Safety Platform, using Safety standards and guardrails.Design and implement the next generation of Appeals and Reversals for Roblox creators and users.Manage end-to-end solutions from creation to deployment – including implementation, testing, deployment and observability.You Have:Experience with scalable infrastructure and distributed systems.Experience in Golang/C++/C#/Java/etc.Experience with Safety systems.Experience with Automation at scale.Experience with internal multi-functional product/customer support.Interest in Safety systems.Preferred - Experience with Automation at scale.You Are:An advocate:

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
