You have a bias toward action and gravitate towards environments where you have an outsized influence on the success of outcomes for customers and colleagues. You are exceptionally good at making trade-offs based on incomplete data.Experience:
You have 3+ years of professional experience in value management, value consulting, or value engineering. Experience building quantitative and qualitative analyses.RESPONSIBILITIES:Value Selling. Facilitate internal and external workshops to discover customers' current and future business capabilities with the goal of identifying, prioritizing and measuring key business value drivers (metrics). Build compelling business case presentations and ROI (Return on Investment) analyses aimed at accelerating, justifying, and/or expanding sales opportunities.Create, update, and manage new and existing assets that help GTM members communicate and capture the value of Ironclad for prospects and customers.Help facilitate and execute on department wide value initiatives and projects.Understand and quantify the value that Ironclad customers have realized through partnership with our Customer Success teams.Develop an enablement program for our Sales team on broader value narratives and value selling.Collaborate with Marketing on customer facing content to promote the business impact customers see with Ironclad.Benefits:Health, dental, and vision insurance401kWellness reimbursementTake what you need vacation policyGenerous parental leave for both primary and secondary caregiversOTE Range: $175,000 - $225,000The OTE range represents the minimum and maximum of the OTE range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters.
