THE OPPORTUNITY

Dillard's is looking for an experienced Java Developer who is highly motivated and technical and enjoys collaborating in a team environment.

As our ideal candidate, you will be well-versed in Java and able to solve complex user experience problems for Dillard's e-commerce website. You will also be able to easily step into an agile environment that includes working closely with Business Analysts, QAs, and other developers supporting projects. A solid work ethic, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and the ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities will be crucial.

THE TEAM

In this role, you will work with leading-edge technology, and your work will be observed on the World Wide Web. You will be part of a large team of developers responsible for all the code development and quality assurance for the www.dillards.com website. The team also develops and supports a few stand-alone applications to assist the business team in changing the look and feel of the site without programmer intervention.
