THE OPPORTUNITY
The Endpoint Services Team is looking for a hard-working, self-motivated individual to support our area customers. To be successful in this role, you must be an excellent communicator and very organized. We are looking for someone who can lead by example and inspire their fellow co-workers. The Endpoint Services Systems Administrator is responsible for creating, maintaining, securing, and assisting the processes used by the rest of the Endpoint Services Team.

The System Administrator Team develops the workflow and automation that is critical to the overall success of customer devices. WHAT YOU WILL DOResponsible for the administration and maintenance of the system tools used by the teamUse available tools to maintain and ensure endpoint securityDevelop relationships with vendors and internal clients, ensuring that systems meet corporate quality standards and conform to industry best practicesUse available tools to automate operating system installation and hardeningUse available tools to package application installs and upgradesMonitor/maintain systems necessary for endpoint complianceTest OS updates, application upgrades, and new products prior to installation in production environmentsCoordinate implementation of software and hardware changesInterface with other Dillard's associates, both technical and non-technicalWorks with network engineers, server administrators, software administrators, database administrators, and information security on various projectsWork with 3rd party vendors for installation/support of software applications and hardware solutionsMaintain compliance with PCI and other Security RequirementsKeep physical inventory and installation records currentParticipate in on-call rotationTHE "MUST-HAVES"
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorshipAbility to work onsite at Corporate Headquarters in Little Rock, ARAt least 3 years of experience working in a JAMFProficient with BASHAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentAbility to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve operating system issue(s)Available to work outside of regular business hours as neededAt least 3 years of experience working in a professional IT environmentTHE "NICE-TO-HAVES"
Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environmentExperience in application developmentExperience with Mac and mobile operating systemsStrong technical documentation skillsExperience with multiple scripting languagesAdvanced hardware and software troubleshootingExperience using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration ManagerExperience with Group PolicyWITHIN 1 MONTH, YOU'LL
