The Associate Endpoint Administrator sssist in maintaining and administering the heterogeneous network, the PBX system and the associated cabling plants. Assist in providing end user support on the various systems and applications utilized at the desktop.
Responsibilities
Configure and upgrade the hardware on new and existing PC's.Troubleshoot PC hardware-related problems.Install, configure and support various PCs and all Windows operating systems. Install the manyvaried applications associated with the prior operating systems and support same.
Install telephones and assist in administering the PBX.Assist in the installation and maintenance of all cabling plants.Install, configure and maintain all network printers.Assist in the configuration of the voice mail system.Assist in hardware and software inventory control functions.Assist in network support and administration functions.Assist in performing the daily backups on all network systems and performing restores as required.Assist on special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

MCSA

or a certificate in computer technology from an accredited school.
Specialized Knowledge, Technical Skills, and Abilities:
Must possess some knowledge in PC hardware and Microsoft software

Associate's Degree in computer science
Years of Experience:
1 - 3 years
