SUMMARY
The IT Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing the bank's IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance. The position focuses on key areas such as Windows Domain & Active Directory, Nutanix Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) on Dell, Cohesity backup solutions, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft M365, and Azure cloud services. This role requires hands-on experience with maintaining high availability environments and adhering to regulatory standards specific to the banking industry.
This IT Infrastructure Engineer position will work at the First Fidelity Bank corporate office and is not a remote position.

Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.Windows Domain & Active Directory Management:Manage and optimize Active Directory services, including Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and integrated applications. Implement security best practices, such as MFA and Privileged Access Management (PAM). Perform audits and health checks to ensure compliance and optimize AD performance.Nutanix HCI on Dell Infrastructure:Oversee the Nutanix HCI environment, ensuring high availability and system performance. Conduct upgrades, manage capacity, and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with vendors to maintain system uptime and stability.Cohesity Backup Solutions:Administer Cohesity backup infrastructure, ensuring reliable data protection and recovery. Optimize backup processes, conduct recovery testing, and align strategies with business continuity and compliance standards.Microsoft SQL Server Administration:Manage SQL Server environments, focusing on performance optimization, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions like Always On Availability Groups. Work with application teams on database architecture and security.Microsoft M365 & Azure Cloud Services:Administer Microsoft M365 services, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Manage Azure cloud resources, including virtual machines and security configurations. Ensure both M365 and Azure align with security and compliance standards.Infrastructure Monitoring & Compliance:Implement monitoring solutions to ensure system uptime, performance, and security. Maintain compliance with banking regulations (GLBA, PCI-DSS, FFIEC), and develop disaster recovery plans, SOPs, and infrastructure documentation.Performs other duties as assigned. Regular and reliable attendance is a requirement of the job.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably within banking or financial services.EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with Windows Domain & Active Directory, Nutanix HCI, Cohesity, SQL Server, Microsoft M365, and Azure services preferred.Expertise in designing high availability systems and disaster recovery planning is highly desirable.Certifications such as MCSE, Nutanix Certified Professional, or Microsoft Azure Administrator are highly preferred.OTHER REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CHARACTERISTICS):
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with experience in high availability environments.Familiarity with banking regulatory requirements (GLBA, PCI-DSS, FFIEC).Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
