Key Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate credit card (CC) statements in a Microsoft Access database, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Record journal entries with a strong understanding of debits and credits.
- Maintain and ensure the integrity of financial systems, particularly Microsoft Access, and troubleshoot any technical issues, including resolving email and report errors.
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot database queries and reports, with SQL and Visual Basic (VB) experience being beneficial.
- Handle system interfaces between HR/payroll software and the general ledger (GL).
- Collaborate with IT, Payroll, and HR teams to enhance and improve system processes.
- Administer system security, including user roles, permissions, and access.
- Support finance operations by managing Microsoft Access, Cognos Business Intelligence, and other financial systems.
- Assist in the implementation of a new reporting system, utilizing SQL for enhanced compatibility.
Who You Are:
- Finance & Tech Expert: You have 3+ years of experience managing financial systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Access, SQL, and Visual Basic (VB) for report customization and database management.
