Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 + Up to 10% Profit-Sharing Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
- Manage month-end closings, financial statements, and budget variance analysis.
- Ensure accurate Oracle ERP reporting and develop financial reports.
- Handle 1099 filings, stock transactions, and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with finance leadership on long-term financial strategies.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing industry experience is a plus).
- Strong experience managing General ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets.
- Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and large ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
