Accounting Consultant - Acumatica Implementation

We are seeking an experienced Acumatica Implementation Consultant to support our client's multi-division ERP implementation project. This fully remote position requires deep expertise in Acumatica's financial modules and workflow configuration.

• Configure and implement complete AP cycle processes including invoice submission, approval workflows, and payment systems
• Design and implement divisional workflow configurations and security protocols
• Develop and test financial reporting solutions for divisional and consolidated reporting
• Configure multi-currency and VAT tax functionality for international operations
• Implement budget management systems across multiple divisions
• Set up fixed asset management for US and international operations
• Manage system administration, including user setup and troubleshooting
• Execute data migration and integration projects
• Support implementation of foreign subsidiaries into Acumatica

• 3+ years of Acumatica implementation experience
• Must be based in the United States
• Strong expertise in Acumatica financial modules
• Proven experience with workflow configuration and security setup
• Advanced knowledge of multi-currency and international tax requirements
• Experience with fixed asset management and budget implementation
• Strong data migration and integration skills
• Excellent project management and communication abilities
• Experience working with international teams
