Workday Implementation Specialist
Location: Grand Rapids, MI - fully on site
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annually

We are seeking a skilled Workday Implementation Specialist to support the successful implementation and optimization of Workday for our client's growing team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth system integration, user adoption, and the efficient functioning of HR processes within the Workday platform.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and implement Workday modules.
• Provide expert guidance on system functionality, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Train and support internal users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the implementation process.
• Work closely with HR, IT, and leadership to ensure a successful deployment.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and workflows.

• 3-5 years of experience with Workday, including hands-on configuration.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Experience managing end-to-end system implementations or updates.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support users.
