RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Fractional CFO will develop and manage 13-week rolling cash flow forecasts, ensuring accuracy in cash availability reporting.
• The Fractional CFO will analyze financial data and provide insights to drive business decisions.
• The Fractional CFO will implement forecasting models and reporting processes to monitor cash flow effectively.
• The Fractional CFO will collaborate with executive leadership to assess short- and long-term financial risks and opportunities.
• The Fractional CFO will provide strategic advice on cash management, financial planning, and risk mitigation.
• The Fractional CFO will monitor actual vs. forecasted performance and update rolling forecasts regularly.
• The Fractional CFO will support in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• The Fractional CFO will advise on financial strategies, including cost control, investment opportunities, and growth initiatives.

• 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior financial leadership role.
• Background in the manufacturing industry is required.
• Expertise in cash flow management, including 13-week rolling forecasts.
• Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Proficiency with financial systems and ERP software.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
