We are seeking a Research Technologist who will work under the general supervision of a faculty investigator or laboratory supervisor. Responsible for performing bioinformatic analyses of laboratory data from spatial and single cell technologies. Uses basic understanding of theory behind experiments and applies basic analytical skills to implement assigned projects. Identify and trouble-shoot situations needing special attention
Specific Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerforms basic scientific methods, procedures and techniques.Performs bioinformatic analyses utilizing machine learning algorithms for,Cellavision images.Slide scanner images.Flow cytometry data.Laboratory data from spatial and single cell technologies.Microscopy obtained imagesResponsible for creating R Shiny and equivalent applications.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry or related field.
Preferred QualificationsSome related post-undergraduate work experience.
