Job Type Full-timeDescriptionShine Pediatric Therapy is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with diverse developmental or rehabilitative needs and a strong commitment to making a positive impact in their lives. As a member of our therapy team, the Pediatric Physical Therapist will play a key role in providing comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based interventions to help children reach their goals.Responsibilities:Conduct evaluations to assess patients motor development, strength, coordination, and functional abilitiesDevelop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, clinical expertise, and family goalsImplement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to address children's unique needs and promote optimal function and independenceCollaborate with other members of the therapy team, including speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists to provide integrated and holistic careProvide ongoing monitoring and reassessment of patient's progress and adjust treatment plans as neededEducate and train parents and caregivers on therapeutic activities and strategies to support their child's development and progress at home and in other environmentsMaintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, progress reports, and communication with other healthcare providersStay current with best practices and advances in pediatric physical therapy through continuing education and professional development activities RequirementsQualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programLicensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of [Insert State]Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a pediatric physical therapist preferredExperience with a variety of pediatric diagnoses and populations, including neurodevelopmental disorders, genetic conditions, and orthopedic conditionsStrong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members and communicate sensitively and effectively with children and familiesCommitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional developmentPassion for working with children and making a positive difference in their livesSalary Description $33-$37/hour
