Job DescriptionJoin our team as a dedicated School Physical Therapists! We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality physical therapy services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing effective therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall well-being.

Develop individualized educational plans aimed at improving patients' mobility, function, and quality of life.Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.Participate in continuing education opportunities and stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices.Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to address patients' needs.Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to promote optimal health.Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including assessing strength, range of motion, balance, and coordination.Maintain accurate and timely records of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure coordinated and effective care.Requirements
Valid Illinois license to practice as a Physical Therapist.Master's degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy principles, techniques, and interventions.Experience working with children and adolescents with diverse physical disabilities in educational or pediatric settings.
