Duties:
Conduct comprehensive assessments.Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.Provide direct physical therapy services to students, in both individual and group settings.Educate students, families, and school staff regarding strategies for promoting independence, mobility, and overall physical well-being.
Requirements
- Physical Therapy license in the state of Illinois.
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy principles, techniques, and interventions.
- Experience working with children and adolescents with diverse physical disabilities in educational or pediatric settings.
