Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and providing therapy services to patients with various physical conditions. Duties:
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional independence.Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to improve their health and wellness.Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.Maintain accurate and timely records of patient treatments and progress notes.Requirements
Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Current state licensures as a Physical Therapist in Illinois.Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a rehabilitation or hospital environment.Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
