You'll be in charge of managing schedules, making travel arrangements, organizing our filing systems, and making sure administrative tasks in the office run smoothly. Job seekers should love planning, organizing, and diving into new challenges. Must be willing to travel 2-3 times per year to conferences. All expenses paid. Greta opportunity for bonuses and growth. Part-time, eventually become full-time.

Responsibilities

•Social media advertising and flyers.•Make sure executive schedules including travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings, are organized and up-to-date•Perform office management duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies•Report incoming information like phone calls, messages, memos, and emails to an executive•Make sure basic bookkeeping duties are completed in a timely manner•Other assistant duties as assigned from executives such as pick up orders, and other personal assistant tasks

Qualifications

•Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information•Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills•Familiar with Microsoft Office•2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar•High school diploma or G.E.D. required
