We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team. This is your opportunity to join Crown's global organization and we are looking for an EHS/QA Coordinator.Position OverviewThis position will be responsible for EHS compliance and supporting the quality department for the plant and report directly to the Quality Supervisor.Duties and Responsibilities-Essential FunctionsEnsure facility conformance with all applicable federal, state, local, and corporate environmental, health, and safety laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines as well as maintaining appropriate documentation.Ensure that all employee training is completed, documented, and maintained in regard to regulatory requirementsMonitor follow-ups and corrective action resulting from all corporate and plant environmental, health, and safety auditsEnsure all key managers are certified in Level I, II, and III compliance trainingDevelop and deliver safety training programs for the plant.Provide safety training to all new employees as part of our onboarding programDetailed Injury root cause analysis and incident reportingContingency and emergency preparedness planningPollution prevention and waste minimizationHazardous waste, air programs, water programs, and community Right to KnowEvacuation and emergency take-cover drillsProviding data required for all aspects of SARA Title III reporting including Tier II and Form R reportsTitle V Air Emission reporting, contingency plan, chemical exposureHazard communicationNoise exposure and audiometric managementControl of hazardous energyDaily monitoring of quality to ensure production is within specificationsFollow HFI procedures to prevent the release of bad productAssist the QA manager in preparing the annual SQF auditAdhere to all food safety procedures and measuresPerforms other job-related duties as required or assigned
