Up to $130,000Position Overview:LHH is seeking a highly polished and professional Executive Assistant with 15+ years of experience in the legal or entertainment industry to support our client's CEO. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence.Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.Coordinate meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and relationships.Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Assist with project management, tracking deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks.Manage and prioritize incoming inquiries, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses.Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for meetings and presentations.Organize and maintain files, both digital and physical, to ensure easy access to important information.Support special projects and events as required.Qualifications:15+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the legal or entertainment industry.Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is preferred.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.High level of professionalism and integrity, with a strong understanding of confidentiality.Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.Experience managing complex travel itineraries and schedules.
