This heavily administrative position supports recruitment and human resources by ensuring all onboarding tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.Duties/Responsibilities:Assists the recruitment and human resources team with all administrative tasks related to the recruitment, interview, and hiring processesInput new hire data and maintain accuracy of new hire spreadsheetI-9 documentation via iSolved, upload IDs and I-9 backups, maintain folder for accuracyProcess background checks through iSolved and informs recruiting as necessarySend out email to recruiting following each orientation to show attendanceScan and file all new hire paperwork from orientation both tangibly and digitallyUpdates and disposition new hires in spreadsheet daily based on production attendanceFiles and processes worker's comp claims and maintains all recordsAudit timecards prior to payroll on a weekly basisRequired Skills/Abilities:Experience working with payroll, benefits, performing background checks and completing I-9'sExperience with Microsoft Excel performing pivot tables, charts and graphsExperience with Microsoft Office suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TeamsAbility to prioritize and complete projects within deadlineAbility to adapt quickly to changes as dictated by the business needsKnowledge of HR policies and best practicesEducation and Experience:Associate degree in HR or related field - Bachelor's degree preferred2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related fieldEEOC:
