Responsibilities
Support the implementation of Netsuite.Own the monthly financial closing process, including journal entries and account reconciliations.Ensure balance sheet control and reconciliations, addressing any external audit evaluations.Prepare regular (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) plant financial reports.Monitor operating expense budgets and working capital metrics.Inform the management about potential revenue and cost risks and suggest countermeasures.Provide financial analysis and support in the evaluation of capital purchases.Monitor investment activities.Evaluate and track continuous improvement and capital expense projects.Monitor cash flow and ensure liquidity of the company.Oversee facility compliance with internal control policies.Develop processes to monitor customer pricing and assure regular price updates.Responsible for the accuracy of the general ledger to ensure timely and complete financial reporting is delivered.Ensure all accounts are reconciled on a timely basis, inventory/unfinished orders are counted and valued properly, and all reserves and accruals are accurate and timely.
