Salesforce Administrator/Product Owner

One of Wripple's clients, a global airline company, is looking for a a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Admin/Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet the business needs of our organization. Your time will be shared between Salesforce Admin responsibilities and acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders, end-users, and the technical team, ensuring that the Salesforce platform is effectively utilized to support and enhance our business processes.This position will work closely with internal and external stakeholders including Field Sales, Sales Development, B2B Marketing, Sales Communications, Sales IT and Alliance Partners to ensure the successful launch of technical solutions that drive revenue growth and elevate our relationships with our agency and corporate customers.Overview:
This is a 12 month 40 hours/week contract rolewith opportunities to extend.
Must be ATL-based (currently living in Atlanta) and open to 3 days/week onsite. Also, must be US Citizen or have Work Authorization (no C-C).Responsibilities:Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for Salesforce, aligning with business goals and objectivesPrioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the highest value features are delivered in alignment with stakeholder needsCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirementsAct as the voice of the customer, ensuring that the delivered product meets the expectations and needs of the usersWork closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and architects to design scalable and efficient solutionsDeliver Salesforce features and customizations following best practices and aligned with the overall product strategyLead the development and implementation of Salesforce projects, from initiation to deliveryDefine project scope, objectives, and timelines, and monitor progress against goalsDevelop and execute strategies to drive user adoption and ensure successful implementation of Salesforce featuresProvide training and support to end-users, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to utilize Salesforce effectivelyMonitor Salesforce performance and user feedback, identifying areas for improvement and optimizationStay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends, and recommend enhancements to the platformQualifications:3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on SalesforceProven experience in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce implementations and enhancementsEmbraces diverse people, thinking and stylesStrong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning ExperienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering value-driven solutionsExperience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira or AgileOneAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related fieldCertified Scrum Product Owner certificationUnderstanding of AWS cloud technology platform and servicesGeneral knowledge of clients markets and competitive market positionSalesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder is a plusABOUT WRIPPLE:Wripple is the first Agency Services Platform that connects clients with independent talent to create teams that thrive in an on-demand world.
