Salesforce AdministratorJob DetailsWripple is looking for a Salesforce Administrator for one of our most important clients in the travel & hospitality space. This is a freelance contract opportunity -- partial onsite required -- for 12 months, 40 hours a week with the option for renewal. This individual will be responsible for the conceptual, logical, and physical design of Sales Cloud product enhancements, including product integrations, data transformation and automation. The Salesforce Administrator will be actively involved in scoping and design sessions with business teams to understand business processes and how to improve them on the Salesforce platform. This role will actively lead solution design, guide testing strategy, and ensure quality throughout the product development lifecycle. This individual should be apprised of the evolving technology stack of the Salesforce platform to create innovative solutions that meets and enhance business process needs.This position will partner closely with multiple teams to integrate their technology stack with Salesforce and consolidate data to a single source of truth. This position will also work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful launch of technical solutions that drive revenue growth and elevate our relationships with our customers.Job DescriptionStrategy & Planning - being well versed in the strategic direction set by teams. Collaborate with leaders on development of internal product roadmap to align with overarching Salesforce Platform strategic goalsDevelopment & Delivery - Design, lead and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to obtain feedback and transform insights into visions, frameworks, and concepts. Develop and deliver innovative solutions, including solution concepts, to key decision makers which address their issues and needs to drive business value including but not limited to: Cvent Salesforce App, Jifflenow. Own capital and operational project management in coordination with internal and external stakeholders ensuring timeline and deliverables are metLeadership & Training - Act as a consultant, reviewing solutions built on and/or integrated with Sales Cloud and recommend improvements. Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed within our Salesforce environment. Promote a spirit of business enablement by training fellow colleagues to utilize Salesforce tools and processes more effectivelyInnovation & Professional Development - Continually keep abreast of emerging and best-in-class user experiences and maintain understanding of the capabilities of the Salesforce platform. Collaborate with colleagues and end-users to create experimental prototypes and proofs of conceptWhat you need to succeed (Minimum Qualifications)1+ years related work experience leading large-scale CRM technology implementations and projectsStrong knowledge of Salesforce Campaigns and Events as well as product integrations from the Salesforce AppExchangeExperience with analyzing complex data-sets across multiple objects, and creating a single source of truth throughout workflowsShould be self-motivated, solutions-oriented, multi-task capable, and have demonstrated the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environmentShould have experience successfully coordinating efforts across multiple organizations and teams, including strong communication and presentation skills, interpersonal relations, and project leadershipMust have the desire and demonstrated ability to lead projects and strategy, and work within a team-oriented environmentMust possess strong analytical and computer skills, sound organizational and planning skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to make sound business decisionsMust be performing satisfactorily in current positionEmbraces diverse people, thinking and stylesREQUIREMENTS:This position is for a hybrid work model and requires a minimum of 3 days per week sitting onsite in Atlanta officesMust be willing to take 5-7 overnight business trips per yearSalesforce certificationADDITIONAL PREFERRED SKILLS:Bachelor's degree in relevant fieldKnowledge of Ticketmanager, Cvent and/or Jifflenow productsCertified Scrum Product Owner certificationUnderstanding of AWS cloud technology platform and servicesKnowledge of Agile development principlesABOUT WRIPPLE:Wripple is the first Agency Services Platform that connects clients with independent talent to create teams that thrive in an on-demand world.
