NetSuite Administrator
to join our innovative team to contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This role assists our NetSuite Administrator in optimizing Ibotta's NetSuite use. Prior NetSuite experience is key, with a chance to learn from an expert. The ideal candidate is self-driven, curious, and passionate about NetSuite and finance/accounting.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
What you'll be doing:
Assisting the administrator with system functionality and design.Analyzing business needs and supporting optimized utilization of NetSuite.Documenting existing and new customizations, developing training materials, conducting end user training, and participating in projects.Managing NetSuite security profiles, user access, roles, and rights.Assisting users with requests for new searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards.Staying up-to-date with NetSuite functionality and customizations.Handling incoming tickets and support requests.Supporting the use of custom fields, forms, records, lists, and workflows under the guidance of the NetSuite Administrator.Embrace and uphold Ibotta's Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency & A good idea can come from anywhereWhat we are looking for:
Minimum of 1 year of experience with NetSuite OneWorld, working daily with transactions, reporting, support, and administrative tasks.BA/BS in Finance/Accounting, Computer Sciences or related field or equivalent work experience.Intermediate Excel proficiency.Experience with 3rd party integrations is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment.About Ibotta ("I bought a...")

This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, profit sharing and equity.
Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals.Base compensation range: $65,000 - $83,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
