Job Description

The Rooted Network Digital Strategist is responsible for executing the digital marketing strategy of the Rooted Network in the areas of social media, online, digital media, and a variety of digital applications of channels, reporting to the Rooted Network Director of Content. A full time position, the schedule is generally Monday- Friday for a total of 40 hours. This position is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Key responsibilitiesManage and optimize digital properties and channels including design, functionality, performance and content.Leverage digital channels (owned and 3rd party), including online video, podcasts, social media (content creation & engagement), and digital advertising, to grow Rooted Network's reach and impact. Utilize digital tools to achieve goals, including growing audiences, supporting marketing campaigns, and guiding prospects along a customer journey.Lead in the development of digital analytics and reporting, including creating, sharing, and continuously improving key performance dashboards.Create original content consistent with Rooted Network initiatives and goalsQualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in digital communications including social media platforms (Meta, X, and Linkedin) and design platforms such as CanvaExcellent computer skills and proficiency in: Google Suite including Excel; CRM such as Hubspot; project management platforms such as Asana and Basecamp; Shopify experience preferred Creative, flexible, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects/deadlines successfullyStrong written and oral communication; grammar, spelling, copyediting and proofreadingAdditional Information
