Technical Business Analyst (Consulting Level)

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our Automation department. This role involves working closely with software engineers to translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications for development. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to engage in detailed discussions with stakeholders and convert their needs into actionable requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with software engineers to develop technical requirements from stakeholder inputs. Work with features and stories to ensure clear and concise documentation. Engage in intensive conversations with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Develop software solutions for Human Resource (HR) projects and document these solutions comprehensively. Support the HR team by diagnosing and resolving issues in business processes and automation. Participate in new development projects focused on various HR pillars such as compensation, talent acquisition, and benefits. Meet with senior leaders from different teams to identify needs and translate them into technical requirements. Utilize APIs to retrieve and manage data files. Synthesize complex HR processes into understandable requirements for developers. Write clear and detailed documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Mentor and train team members, providing guidance on best practices. Review and edit existing documentation to align with new developments.

Required Skills & Experience - 7+ years of Technical BA experience working with software developers - Knowledge of Software development (full sdlc) - Human Resources (HR) application experience - Extensive experience gathering requirements and documenting for developers - Professionalism and Communication - Excel and Microsoft Office
Nice to Have Skills & Experience - SQL experience, basic queries - Jira, building out stories - Confluence - Healthcare experience - Revenue cycle experience - Case management experience - Github experience
