We are seeking an experienced
Financial Planner
with a
Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
designation. This is a
non-producing role —you will not be asked to bring in new business or hold sales licenses. Instead, you will support the lead Private Wealth Advisor in creating, testing, and executing financial plans for our select group of high-net-worth families.You will manage the financial planning process for both new and existing clients, maintain updated financial strategies, and work collaboratively with our close-knit team. Your work will directly contribute to improving efficiency within the firm and ensuring the highest level of service for our clients.Please Note

Key Responsibilities:Create and update comprehensive financial plans using
MoneyGuide Pro
(no experience required with this software, we will train you).Collaborate with the lead advisor on portfolio strategy and execution.Meet with clients to gather data, review financial strategies, and provide ongoing plan updates.Ensure client follow-up and communication are consistent and professional.Work cross-functionally with other team members to develop cohesive financial planning strategies.Provide support for exit planning, retirement, and inheritance scenarios for clients with $2.5 million or more in assets.Our Culture:

designation is required.Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.Excellent understanding of and proficiency in using technology. Understanding of financial planning software (MoneyGuide Pro, eMoney) is a plus, and you must know your way around MS Office.Strong understanding of investment strategy and portfolio management.Ability to work both collaboratively and independently within a focused, driven, and professional team.Exceptional client communication and follow-up skills.High levels of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client needs.BenefitsWork Schedule & Benefits:Standard hours:
