Responsibilities:The Scrum Master will be responsible for:Facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Scrum practicesRemoving impediments to progress and promoting continuous improvement within the teamCollaborating with the Product Owner to clarify and prioritize the product backlogEngaging with stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverablesMentoring junior staff on agile methodologies and best practices
Qualifications:5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role or equivalentBachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldProficiency in agile methodologies and frameworksStrong understanding of software development and system administrationStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on strategic planningExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Skills:Advanced Degree in a relevant field
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP certification
Experience in Project Management, particularly in Agile environmentsFamiliarity with cloud applications such as Azure and Data Bricks
