Business Systems Analyst, OTM Lead

Position Purpose
The Transportation Management Lead will be responsible for managing the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle's Transportation Management module as part of a comprehensive Oracle Fusion ERP implementation project. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of OTM, transportation processes, and logistics systems, as well as experience leading full-cycle OTM implementations.

Principal AccountabilitiesLead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) module.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within OTM.Ensure seamless integration of OTM with other Oracle Fusion modules, including RTR (Record to Report), PTP (Procure to Pay), and OTC (Order to Cash).Lead functional and technical teams through all phases of OTM implementation including configuration, testing, training, and go-live.Provide subject matter expertise on OTM processes such as freight order management, routing, rate management, shipping execution, and freight settlement.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful implementation of OTM-related deliverables.Troubleshoot and resolve OTM-related issues and provide post-go-live support.Stay up to date on the latest OTM product features and Oracle updates.Collaborate with third-party vendors, consultants, and internal IT teams to ensure successful project execution.Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Information technology, or a related field.5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), including at least one full lifecycle OTM implementation.Strong understanding of transportation processes, including shipping, routing, rate management, carrier selection, and freight settlement.Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and its integration with OTM.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Strong project management skills with experience managing teams, timelines, and deliverables.Familiarity with global transportation regulations and standards is highly desirable.Oracle OTM certification is preferred.Benefits Offered on Your First Day!
